Dr. Vincent M. Chiodo

Dr. Vincent M. Chiodo grew up in Follansbee, WV. He graduated Cum Laude and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from West Virginia University in 1982. He worked as a Research Medical Technologist and supervised an Infectious Diseases Research Lab for three years before going to medical school. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from West Virginia University in 1989.

Dr. Mary Ann Chiodo is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota. She completed her undergraduate work at the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1989. Dr. Chiodo completed her residency in Pediatrics at West Virginia University Hospital in 1992. She and her husband, Vincent M. Chiodo, M.D. established ABC Pediatrics of Dunn, PA in April, 1994.

Robert E. Deckert is a Certified Physician Assistant from Venice, Florida. Prior to obtaining his medical education, he was an active member of the United States Army for twenty years. Mr. Deckert was a Senior Instructor for The Special Operations Medical Training Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina as well as a Senior Supervisory Medical Sergeant for the United States Army in Okinawa, Japan.

Walter Lee “Buddy” Duke, PA-C joined the ABC Pediatrics’ healthcare team in September, 2017. Buddy is originally from Conway, NC. He graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He completed his Physician Assistant training at Campbell University and graduated in 2016 with a Master of Physician Assistant Practice.

Ashley Dawn Oakley, a Campbell University trained Certified Physician Assistant joined the ABC Pediatrics’ Health Care Team on September, 18, 2017. Ashley was born and raised in Johnson County, North Carolina. Inspired from a very young age by her pediatrician, she decided to make providing medical care to children her career. Ashley attended Campbell University and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish.
